Product Description Diameter 600mm Aircraft Warning Sphere
Warning sphere is used for warning aircraft pilots in daytime and nighttime, which is compliant with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)recommendations annex 14 chapter 6. It can be used in overhead cable, guyed wire, especially in extra high voltage power transmission line, cross river power transmissionline, cross road, bridge power transmission line and so on. It is made of high-grade polyethylene with the color of red, orange, white. Different colors' warning sphere shouldbe displayed alternately. If there are many lines, warning sphere should be displayed on the highest line. It can resistant to corrosion, rust, water, dust, high temperature, can beused for long time.
1. Aviation Alerting Ball introduction
Aviation Alerting Ball is installed on overhead conductors to alert low flying airplanes and helicopters of the obstacle.They are generally placed near airports and on elevated spans crossing rivers, lakes, fjords, valleys, roads, railways, construction sites and pipelines. Other locations are: near bases, stations, hospitals,helicopter routes and other low flying areas. Warning Spheres are attached on the uppermost conductors, shieldwires or on the top of power line towers.
